From Goodreads

Hope warms the coldest night.

Feyre, Rhys, and their close-knit circle of friends are still busy rebuilding the Night Court and the vastly-changed world beyond. But Winter Solstice is finally near, and with it, a hard-earned reprieve.

Yet even the festive atmosphere can't keep the shadows of the past from looming. As Feyre navigates her first Winter Solstice as High Lady, she finds that those dearest to her have more wounds than she anticipated--scars that will have far-reaching impact on the future of their Court.

My Review

It’s no secret that SJM is my favorite author and the A Court of Thorns and Roses is my favorite series. ACOFAS is not meant to be a full novel like the 3 books that precede it, it’s meant to kind of tie a little bow on the characters and where they are after the war until the next book drops. It’s also a little bit of a send off from constantly being in Feyre and Rhys POV since the next book is Cassian and Nesta’s story.

Overall I really enjoyed this feel good look into the inner circle’s lives. Readers get a small glimpse of what everyone is going through at the moment, mostly through Feyre’s POV. It was a nice way to set the scene up for A Court of Silver Flames.
